Alright I see most of us finance but how high is your interest, mine is 20.9% I definitely plan to have it paid off in two years.

Damn I can't see a bank charging that much interest.....Every loan I have ever had has never been over 4.5% Apr.......I have also had like 10 different loans........Those interest rates are insane that some of you have.

Re: do you finance your bike or own.....

My interest is high, because I have limited credit. I'm not even twenty yet, and I have 2 fiddys, a car, bike, and have cosigned, on another bike and a new truck. I hope I don't screw myself over. I should have good credit, by the time my crap is paid off

Yeah me too! I am still kicking myself for doing it in the first place. But when it''s your boyfriend, I felt crappy if I didn't or he wouldn't have anything to drive He will refinance when he builds so credit, then I'll be cool.

Re: do you finance your bike or own.....

Own my bike and my car, paying on my SUV and house so those have me putting out some cash. Did a consolidation loan a few years ago to get rid of all my credit card crap and that payment ends in March. $500 a month to play with.... New bike will be sitting in the garage by the 15th and the old one becomes my play toy. INterest looks like it will be around 5.5-6%. Think I'm gonna throw new leathers, helmet and mototote or trailer on the loan so I don't have to worry about fronting all the cash for those right up front.

Wife wants a new boat though. Why can't women be happy with Waverunners?

We like big powerful toys... Tell her she can ride whatever your crunchy bike is. Maybe she'll lay off the whole boat thing. I know I would. . . Besides thoses are a pain in the a$$. They are extremly expensive on up keep, unless you dry dock it. Then you have to pay for the storage, unless you're a pimp with a huge house, and garage?
