I went to outback today and it was about a 30min wait. about 6:20 an R1 zooms by about 100-120. **** right in town all a sudden 1 cop rolls by with his lights on. The guy whips back around and at the stop light by costo "hits a white truck". I didnt see this part BUT this is what the cop said about 6 times to me after I ran over there. Some of the guys that saw it said the cop hit him to stop him I guess. It was a brand new R1 from yamaha didnt have plates on it yet. Now I thought it was illegal for a cop to do this. There were guys standing on the sidewalk and cars all around. Ya the biker could have really hurt himself and others but the cop could have also made it extremely worse site, by hiting him then the bike hiting and killing someone. Im not really trying to pin this on the cop it was his dumb *** fault to run in TOWN, but im sure "counting me" we have been in some situation close to this mabey not as bad as this but close. Im just trying to some way get this guy a brake. I guaruntee this guy is facing evading, wreakless, endangerment, an also the cops whole arm was bleeding for some reason I didnt see or find out which has got to be another felony on top of what he just earned. Ya it was wrong but I would hate to see his entire life get Fked for something like this. Any info or help would be good. J

Ya the thing is I just started the first sportbike club in the southern oregon area and Now we look bad and the cops will probley point at us. He wasnt a member of sosb but im pretty sure it doesnt matter

 

i thought that was illegal...hitting him with a car i mean. you'd think most cops have some sense enough to not chase a sportbike.

 

if the cop hit his bike he can take that to court and there would be all kinds of crazy mess going on might get out of it and some money from the state/township
