Pirelli Vs. Metzler
I have an 02 SV650S and have had the same tires put on it for the past year. It came with Metzler MEZ4's and I was thinking of switching to Pirelli's. Wanted to get an educated opinion before I bought them.

if you stunt or want a bad *** tire get the dragon supercorsa pirelli on the back and whatever for the front...with an sv650 you would have the same problem as me finding some 160's though...race take-offs would be my suggestion...try ebay or if all else fails i got a couple laying around...4 fronts (metzler rennsport, D208, D208GP, and a metz sportec 120/70/ZR17) and one rear (D207 for now)

Pirelli's and Metzeler's are the same manufacturer with different tread designs. For example, Rennsports are the same as SuperCorsas and Sportec M-1s are the same as Diablos.
