I'm just about to have my '94 900rr motor finished... ABOUT F'ING TIME!!!!

I want to have a streetfighter, and i don't want to spend much money on bodywork. I just need something to hold the lights and gauges and something that will let me do highchairs without affecting the stearing too much. I've seen the euro-style with dual lights on the number plate kind of thing, but i'm not sure what I think about that. I really need something to hold all my wires and cluster so I can stay close to legal.

any input?
