handlebars vibrating

Anyone know how to keep my handlebars from vibrating so bad that they make my hands hurt. I have an F4. My hands go numb every time I ride

Yea balance the front tire..but before you do that..make sure the rim isnt warped...WARPED RIMS MAKE BARS SHAKE!!!

i have a couple of dent in my front rim but hell i dont have any headshake just get it balenced and make sure the tire is not cuped
