check your harness. the speedo on a f3 motor is ran off a sensor on the tranny shaft. and the tach has a sensor on the block. the temp guage just plugs into the rad. look for loose connections

no sir it isnt. i had to built this bike piece by piece. it had a 96 motor in it. thats how i know about the sensor. i got a F2 motor in it and its cable driven speedo adn a sensor for the tach.
