Damn! a 9.6 is smokin! There's a kid here in my city that's parents just bought him a FD this year, first week and he had a full HKS 3" exhaust, HKS hardpipes, and a Greddy front mount, now he's got a Greddy T78, and a Power FC. Hope he gets it tuned and doesnt lose his apex seals. 1.3 liters/92ci of rotary sure does make most cylider engines look stupid as long as they are tuned properly.
What kind of 60' times you guys pull? My DSM has had a 1.65, I love AWD. some of the turbos on 7's and supras make my 20G look like a toy LOL.

well since nobody actually gave you launching tips, here goes, lean forward so you dont wheelie *but dont smush the crotch in case you need room to adjust side to side, both feet on ground BEHIND pegs, dont do a burnout, you dont need to, if anything, just a small one to get the crap off your tire, but if you are on the street you will just pick up more by getting the tire sticky so dont bother, bring the revs up so you find the happy medium of not wheeling and not having the engine bog dont dump the clutch on the launch but let it out kinda fast, the idea is to get to full throttle as quick as possible without flippin over or wheeling cause that causes you to slow down unless you can control it, you can slip the clutch a little dont drop the throttle tho cause you still want the revs going up, once you almost reach redline as long as you are going straight keep it open and power shift or slap shift, i find myself giving pressure on the shifter before i shift cause i just slap shift, makes it faster, you really have to just experiment a little, so before you run on camera, do a couple practice launches, hope this helps
