Anyone know about oldschool Kaws?
Anyone know about oldschool Kaws?
i got a 1984 kawasaki 900 and an 86 kawasaki gpz 750.
the wiring on the 750 is alittle messed up, and i was wondering if anyone knows of any good Kaw boards, tech related or if there are any good mechanics out there..
the 750 has no lights, speedo, or ignition, and its not going to be a street bike, just a bike to mess around on..so were trying to bypass all of the wiring that we don't need..we were trying to run the basics of the wires, from the battery to the ignitor, to the starter, to the coil, and then just rigg a kill switch off the coil, to shut it off.. well somewhere between the ignitor and the coil there isn't any spark at the plugs, and we've been stumped for hours, checking and rechecking everything and still no spark, there is spark with direct power at the coil, so the problem is somewhere from the ignitor and coil..anyways if anyone can offer any help it would be great, or if anyone has a better idea of how to do this, let me know.
