ok, long winters almost over. im a little rusty but ready to get back into the game. Im trying to replace an 03 f4i wiring harness, with an 06 f4i hraness. the old one heated up an melted a bunch of wires from the headlight problem that is now fixed. I have searched around an read a lot, fixed a few problems from what i have read. bypassed the tip over sensor ect. my problem now is i am getting no spark or fuel. I have looked over the bike time an time again finding nothing. there is one plug in that i cant find the male end for. Its a square fitting around the under the seat to starter area. Its wires are orange/white, green/pink black/white drk green/red. maybe thats the missing link? or maybe me ecu is toast because it was hooked up backwards? thanks

That connector under the seat should go to a few relays on the right side of the subframe also did you check neutral safety and kick stand and clutch switch? it has been a while since i have rewired a F4i but i have a few i can look at if you need more help .

Thanks, i need to check the clutch. But when I turn the key its not priming the fuel pump. Neutral safety switch is good. Kill switch works. I did run a power probe to the fuel pump, it is good. But im workin 14 hours a day on the weekend so back at it on Monday.
