so i was sittin in class today(automotive tech school) and we started shootin the $h!t about smog cause my teacher used to be a smog tech, well anyways we were talkin about how there tryin to get old cars off the road, and try to make every car possible clean, and he mentioned that by 2004/2005 there gonna be smoggin bikes!! i mentioned to him that i takled to a smog tech about it before and he said it wasnt gonna happen cause they couldnt strap em down to the dyno's, but i guess it's already in the works to hook a hose up to the exhaust and do a test at idle then 3000 rpms in neutral, ain't that a bummer?! i was pist when i heard it but i just wanted to relay the news, not sayin it's gonna happen for sure, but it's from a reliable source
