Warrant? Does it hold up in dif. state?
IF you have a warrant and go to a different state can they pick u up?
This sucks but some dumb stuff is going down and if I wait out a day or 2 maybe week I know it will be dropped so I fig. I would take a lil vacation!
Anyway if I have a warrant in MI could they pick me up in FL or any state on the way in between?!

most of the time they will not extradite you unless its a serious offense. if its a small misdermeanor the state/county is usually not willing to spend the money to bring you back. if its anything heavy, like murder/rape/robbery etc...then they will. it depends on the state, theyre all different. if its murder go to canada lol

ok so you took the old ladies purse crossing the street, just keep clean and out of site for awhile for a while n let it die down... locally if you get picked up the will serve u.. also all 50 states canada, mexico , and puerto rico and a bunch of other extraditing agreement countries can send you back, but like others have said its that state will have to pay to have you extradited, so your pretty safe....
in the meantime we will work on finding out the reward for any information known about you and decide before we answer any further questions!!! LOL

Most of the time, for misdemeanors, it won't follow you. Different states use diff. databases. Thats why sometimes if you get stopped in the city you live in, but have a warrant in another, sometimes it won't show.

absolutely. I know someone in florida that got extradicted to maine. Depends on whether your state wants to spend the $, but theyll just tack it on to any court costs or fees anyway!

Re: Warrant? Does it hold up in dif. state?
word .... it all depends on the seriousness
a serious offense they can get you
4 something petty they probably wont worry about it
just try and stay low key and if its a bullshyt warrant most cops will just tell u cause there 2 lazy 2 do the paperwork
stay away from state troopers
but 4 a small punishment id just go 2 court and shyt its better than running and maybe getting charged as a fugitive ... all depends on the seriousness of the crime and warrants usually dont go away and 4 a misdemeanor u wont get in any real trouble ... just face that shyt
