I am not hiding, just chillen in a dif. state for a few days.. Mini vacation!
I have wanted to come back down here for a while so I just said fu(k it what better time? I should have grabed my bike though..

If it is a Class-C Felony or worse I know Arkansas will request your extradition if you're found in another state. I know for a FACT they don't hunt for misdemeanor charges though. If you get pulled the Cops will be total dicks though and ticket you for everything you have wrong.
I think if you're outside 60 miles of the warrant's City/County of issue and it's a small charge they won't even bother, even in the same state.

I've been arrested in another state (Ohio) for warrants in Florida AND I've been Extradited.
The only way it will follow you is if the charges are serious enough to be entered into NCIC. If so, then it will also depend on the policies of whichever state catches up with you.

(I Love how people with no actuall experience or first hand, legitimate legal knowlegde there of still give speculative legal advice as if is actually helping you, when in reality their advice is only making it harder for you to know what is fact! How in the hell is legal speculation going to help you?)

and ive had 3 warrants b4 and only got extradited on 1 of em because it was kinda of a serious offense but .... like styles sed ...man up it wont be that bad .... that being said good luck... i hate the law

Yes it holds up, If they do a search for you. If you have a bored cop and a computer..... Also depends on the city and state. Small towns you have a better chance. Bigger cities have access to the federal search system and can track you anywhere your paycheck,license,SS#,hospital...etc.. records show up.
