ANYONE EVER HAVE TO GET A LIEN RELEASE LETTER FROM HSBC BANK?

ONE OF OUR BIKES CAME BACK WITH A LIEN ON THE TITLE... NOT CORRECT OF COURSE....

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THRU TO THEM ALL DAY. THEIR PHONE SYSTEM KEEPS LOOPING ME BACK TO WHERE I STARTED.

ANYONE HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER OR EXTENSION TO GET THIS RESOLVED?

hahah have fun with that. hsbc sucks. i hope your the person listed on the lien otherwise your not getting it. i know from experience. good luck.

 

Yeah good luck. It took me 4 months to get the letter on my Gixxer. Apparently, they dont file the titles. They just shove them into boxes and store them in a damp, dimly lit, windowless basement.... in Croatia. Ask Juca. Or someone who rides a Ninja to use their killer kung-fool mooves to karate chop their way into the secret underground HSBC lair. (atleast, that is what it feels like)

 

it was the nyc dmv's fault. they did not do the paper work right. they put a check in the box that said lien when getting the title in my company name. The bike is fully paid for, no lien. and i still have to do this once more for the PA title...

if anyone has a good number or inside contact for HSBC please send it... lol...

I'll see what I can dig up in the next day or two. I had a great contact inside but its been 9 months since I last dealt with them.

 

good luck alot of people on the kawi forums say its impossible to get anywhere with them on the phone il ask around on their see if anyone has a decent hook up for someone who knows wtf their doing.
