Probably incorrect place to post this thread..but im looking for a bill of sale for a motorcycle..I cant remember where i saw someone post a link up for one...can anyone help shed some light on this problem for me?

Go to a notary and have them make you up one. Without notary seal a hand written bill of sale is worthless

 

you can print one off from you dmv's website. check your local laws but in new mexico as long as both parties sign it its legit, no notary needed.

 

yeah, here in Bama, you dont need a notary...just a bill of sale with signatures from the buyer and seller, and sometimes a witness signature
