does anybody know what the law against wheelies is in california? is there any other than wreckless driving?

 

careless and wreck less is the law against wheelies.

 

i ******* hate wheelie laws

who the **** is to say what is careless. I think if you are in your own lane and doing the speed limit you should be fine.

F**k I got arrested and a reckless ticket for riding a wheelie on a back county road with NO ONE n the road and there was a piggy down another road to the right of me and saw me ride by and chased me down (didnt know he was coming behind me). Got to where i was going got off the bike took helment off and lit a smoke and this fool was hauling *** in to the drive way. 12 hoours in jail and a $100 ticket later I was doing it again.

i think it should only be considered wreckless if you crash. cuz otherwise how are you endangering anyone?

 

So if someoen pulls out in front of you, or cuts you off, or swerves at you, it shouldn't be wreckless cause they didn't crash?

 

wheelies shudnt be illegal unless u do something really stupid

 

i'm sure if a dick cop caught you (and you stopped) he could nab you for exhibition of acceleration and if your rollin a stoppie i'm sure someone has gotten cited for exhibition of deccelration.
