Who's The Crook Now....
So after Forest "blackdog" starting a thread about me supposedly trying to rip him off. By keeping the title of the 929 i sold him even tho he owed me a total of $700.00 and 1 and 1 1/2 more paint jobs on my stunt bike seeing that this one was half finished. I've received 2500.00 for my clean title 929 when the agreed amount was $3200. thank god during his thread that we found the first owner of the 929 that i failed to track down on my self the original owner gladly got the title situation handled and after he sent it to forest he contacted me and said it was in the mail. Forest then skipped town with my half paid for 929 in tow and the title now refuses to pay even tho he has his bike and hist title. sounds to me like its the pot calling the kettle black. he did great work on my 636 but it remains half finished along with the bike half paid for
He's not only agreed to owing me the money but decides to justify his means to take it away even tho i'm left with half services and 700.00 short.

"Money owed will be payed apon you giving us the title". A judge will ask if you have fulfilled your end and given us the title, you will say no, and he will say have a nice day!

As far as i'm concerned, between the money I spent and time it took for me to get the title and headache Lisa and I have delt with because you aren't man enough to stand by your word, you should be refunding us some money! And as far as the paintwork is concerned , the deal was for me to spray two sets of race fairings , no body work, solid color. You brought me a busted up set of plastics that no one in their right mind would touch. I spent 5 times longer fixing, prepping and painting that set than it would have taken for me to scuff and shoot two sets. And don't forget about the frame and swingarm Tony. That was never even mentioned in the deal and I went ahead and did a stand up job on that as well. So in the end Tony, I think you have finished way ahead of any of us.
Here's an idea Tony, how about you sit around waiting on me for the next 4-5 months as we did and than maybe, maybe i'll consider giving you some money. And that's being generous, anyone else would tell you to go **** yourself. So, I guess i'll talk to you in what, February or March?

he was just on PM ing me today i posted it up as he sent me the ****? just like he did to me? So am i wrong for calling someone that already called me out on the same madder? there wouldn't be a problem if he wasn't trying to hold out on cash that he admits to owing? i dont play this maybe i'll give it to you bull **** its either i get the cash or i take the cash then he pays for court fee's. I've already had an attorney look it over and it's rock hard evidence case closed he can pay 700.00 or upwards of 1200 after court

it was unfortunately tied up in NH it wasn't really in my control. bottom line tho it got handled he owns the bike now and took delivery on an agreed set upon price. The deal is complete it took nearly a month and a half to get the title situated after the original owner was tracked down. Deals done he has the bike and still holds 700.00? put your self in my shoes
Maybe if you made some kind of effort to get ahold of me for the title like write me a letter (you had my address) then I would feel bad for you.
But I made $200 so Im happy

i got my own drama story about a 929, someone in ny has my 929, i have the title in my name, and the key.....im thinkin about posting up all the info about the bike and last known where abouts and putting it up for grabs. hahahah clean title.

My is 2 wrong don't make a right in any case....They had a deal and an agreed upon price...work out the details and settle it in some way!

ha has a registrable bike that he owns the title we had a set price he needs to pay and he will.

I didn't send you a letter because i dont know you from a hole in the wall for all i know you could go get another title and call it in stolen. I was waiting on the word from the kid you sold your bike to a year ago.
