Sickinnovations on f4i, over tigthen all thread?

Can you overtighten the all thread on a f4i with a SI cage?

What ft lbs should It put it to?

I just got into a habbit of tightening my cage every few days..

My second hard drop snapped the all thread nad bent my cage pretty good..

Woundernig if theres any better option? Or if I just had it too tight?

I just go till I can't tighten it anymore and use a littel thread lock on it ...

Use a 1/4in drive rachet to tighten it... anything more is gonna overtorque it.... that's probably why it snapped.

I've never used any locktight and never had a problem w/ loosening.
