Re: SF vs FF Riding

never felt that, but to me it feels like ff does make the bike handle better. might all be in my head though...
i think the main difference between the two is that with ff regular people will think you have a stock bike, but if you are sf it looks like a stunt bike.

Re: SF vs FF Riding

maybe your bars are too far out, without having a damper....

i noticed that on my 05, i slid the clipons out hella far, and rode home.... it was all over the place, really scary on the freeway at 100. i ride this route constantly, so i knew it wassnt the road... but once i turned the bars back in a bit... it was good to go. on my 06, i turn the stock bars out as far as i want to, and with the damper on... it stays solid.

i dont think it has anything to do with FF or SF... but i could be wrong.

Re: SF vs FF Riding

im runing SF now and i can tell u its so much diffrent than FF. it might due to weight reduction approx 20-30 lbs was taking off from the front. also the bar is wider and the front end lighter thats a recipe for tankslapper. i can barely ride one hand on the highway cuz if i hit just little bump it'll wanna go all over the place. once i got a steering stabilizer it should cured the problem
