Insurance on a stunt bike?

I just moved to IL, never had a bike up here before - just bought a stunter.
my question is in IL (or any state) if you're stuntin on private property and the 5.0 comes, do you have to have insurance on your bike?

and how many have insurance on their stunt bikes?

I tried a search but couldn't find a thread

Re: Insurance on a stunt bike?

I Saw On A Previous Forum Somewhere That Even If You Are On Private Property You Have To Have Permission By Owner If Its Your Property Even Better. But You Also Have To Make The Area Where You Are Stuntin Non Accessible To The Public. Like W/ Cones, Snow Fences, Police Style Barriers Or Some **** Like That. Its In Sl Somewhere In The Same Thread W/ The Permission Slip For Stuntin On Private Property

Re: Insurance on a stunt bike?

cops are picky anywhere these days unless you personally know one who's cool... most cops though will rake over every part of the law about a bike and if you are missing anything you will be written up for it ... probably better just to get insurance
