Arrested.... Felony Evading = 3 days in jail, 3 years probation, few thousand in fines, 120 hrs community service & and had to pay $400+ to get my bike out of impound.

The worst part is that I didn't run from him. I had no idea he was behind us. We got on the feeder road looked around to make sure there wasn't any cops before pulling it up. Road it for about a mile, set it down and took off (it's about 3 miles of straight road with no on or off ramps). I topped out at 179 then hit 2 curves about 130, before stoping at a light. A friend pulled up next to me and said we have a cop behind us. I pulled over to a gas station, got my license and insurance out. The cop slides up next to us, jumps out and hits me in the face with his gun, throws me on the ground and puts his knee in back. Then pointing his gun at everyone else (about 30 other riders at the gas station) and makes the other guy get on the ground. The 3rd guy that was with us took off. The cop said he was right behind us before we got on the feeder road but we took off. He never seen us riding wheelies though. Whats wrong with that picture.

Ha ya should have ran.... I actually did run and I ended up running out of gas a few miles down the road. The only thing I learned was to always fill up before a spirited ride. Ended up costing me $2000 in lawyer fees and it was dropped to Careless Driving 3 points and $195 fine.

 

Got a new one right after x-mas CNI and Distruction of property I did a stoppie and i cop pulled up right behind me and my rear tire landed on his bumber 24 hours in county and im looking at 2 yrs of probation and 1000 fine plus court costs that a hell of a way to start a new year im gonna fight it he shouldent have pulled up so damn far

 

^ ummmm yeah thats easy to beat that one. He would of hit you if you didn't do a stoppie just get a lawyer

 

I got a ticket for running a redlight. Turned left on red cuz I didn't want to wait. I tried telling the cop that the sensor didn't pick up my bike
he didn't buy it he told me that hes seen other bikes wait at the light.

my worst was for 150 in a 50 and driving on suspended. i didnt even know the cop was chasing me. i was sitting at a traffic light 10 minuets after i passed him and he comes flying up with his lights on and rammed his car into the curb in front of my bike. i started to go around him and he jumped out with his gun pointed at me. so i just got off and said **** it. i got all the charges dropped in court cause my lawyer was friends with the state attorney.

 

Damn bro. Did you have anyone testify about the excessive force? Did the cop yell stop resisting right before he hit you?

 

 

reckless driving/ criminal endangerment / eluding police..

Rolld an endo thru an intersection, with my wife on the back, cop was commin thru the intersection the oppsite way (it was night i couldn't tell it was a cop) I met eyes with him while doin the endo as we were passing each other. set it down and bounced, there are jerzy berriers in the middle of the road so i knew i had at least a 20 second jump on him by the time he got turned around. took off on back roads, lost him. then 15 minz later while headin back to the house we pass another cop who heard the call on the radio.. they tried to say i was endangering my wifes life, shees standin there sayin "i told him to do the endo, and i told him to run from the officer" went to court, got it down to just a careless driving (wifes family knew the judge)

 

Worst that happend to me was lucky/not to bad.. Only a ticket.. Me and my buddy(Gsxr600) were doing wheelie's on long strech of road and we hit the first corner then we both pull up a wheelie right infront of a boxboro cop(Watching as do this a little farther up the road) So he pulls out in the middle of the road and we both put the front down then slow down, well I had -1 7+ on my 636 so I wasnt running but my buddy speeds around the cop and take's off, The cop points at me then go's to chase my friend(Who got away!!), So I pulled a u-turn and got out of there as quick as posible, I went down a few roads hopeing the cops wernt looking for me and hit the stright away about 1 mile before my house, My friend on his 919(Not knowing what just happend) Bombs past me, So like an idiot I speed up and try racing him on the strip, I top my bike out(well as fast as I could with the gearing on it) we hit the first turn and BAM! HPD, ******* cop sitting right down the road from my house.. He throw's on the blue's and starts chasing me. I couldn't run with the gearing so i pulled over. He gets out and first thing he says to me is "So do you know anything about a red 636 and a yellow gsxr doing wheelie's and running from the cops?" I said nope, No idea officer! He looks at me and say " Thats a red bike and your about 3 miles from where the officer called it in" I asked the cop if my friends blk 919 looked yellow to him and told him once again it wasnt me. He was pissed and told me he should cuff me and take me to the holding cell because we were doign tripple the speed limit. Insted he wrote me and my friend up for reckless driving +4 other random things then gave me a ticket for about $750 total for 90 in a 30 and all the other junk on the ticket.. I think I got pretty lucky that day! No jail, only a big ticket!

 

Fleeing and eluding on my old 600 when I was about 18. Stupid me, ditched the first cop, and forgot about that new invention called "the radio"

Arrested, impounded, big fines, lawyer fees, misdemeanor values class, traffic safety school, 9 points, probation, etc.

Now it's a felony, so I guess I got off light.

Anyhow, my worst ticket was 55 in a 45 "pulling wheely" (how stupid do you have to be to spell "wheelie" wrong?!?)...

That was obviously a tiny ticket, and the cop thought he was being all nice cause he couldve cited me for reckless, but didnt. Dork. The funny thing is, I know cops from the town this was in, so I got the ticket fixed, and found out that even the other piggies there think that this guy is a douche...

 

How's this for lamest ticket....

I got pulled over for "No eye protection over 35mph" for not having my visor down at 40mph.

The real sh*t of it is, that the law says "On vehicles not equipped with a windshield." I fought it aand the judge still gave me the ticket. I bitched up a storm in court, told him it's not my fault that your law is vague. My bike has a windshield. Therefor I was in compliance with the law. They said "If you don't like it, don't ride in Warren anymore." I said "Oh, you'll never CATCH me in Warren again." with an emphasis on CATCH.

 

I got a warning for having my visor up

It was a Harley cop that got me. He's notorious for being a complete ******* though.

 

It was crazy I parked at work and then he drove up and turned on his lights
I was like
"whats going on"
"you had your visor up, thats dangerous and illegal"
"yeah I know I was just going through the parking lot and its like 100 degrees outside"
"nice R6 I got an R1 and a 900RR, is your license plate ziptied on?"
"yes"
"why don't you have any mirrors?"
"I don't trust them it makes me look over my shoulder"
"well here you go its just a warning keep it down from now on or wear some sunglasses"

 

good ****.... i've had speeding (150 in a 65).... no lic and reg... ( i was on a friends bike)... no insurance... but i always have luck with cops... well as in attitude.. mellow but the gotta do what they gotta do...

 

Thats funny cause my buddy had the same thing happen. Only difference was he wasnt even riding. He was stopped on the side of the road talking to someone in a car. He ended up getting arrested for running his mouth because he was so pissed that the cop was harrasing him for that when he wasnt even moving.
