06 gsxr 1000 for wheelies

I had an 03 gsxr1000 and i loved it. Stand up wheelies all day down the highway. It was stolen so i bought a 04 cbr1000rr and it is just not nearly as fun a bike(for wheelies that is). I am wondering if the 06 gsxr is like my 03 was? If so ill trade my honda in on a new gsxr.
Any advice would be appreciated

well its definatly lighter, all the 1000's are good for faster wheelies except the R1.

Re: 06 gsxr 1000 for wheelies

why do u say the R1s arent as good for the faster stuff? ive been riding an R1 ever since i got into stunting and i dont have a problem with it on the highway it does **** for slow stuff. but i also have never stunted another bike so i wouldent know how they compare. just wonderin why u think there not as good is all.

by the way darius u cant ride for ****.

i have a 05 gsxer and I like my old 03 better. The new one just feels light to me and if you are riding a stand up wheelie at night the head light blinds you

its not the actull "bike" causeing that, its either the rear wheel alignment or ur body position.
