Thumbs down Starboyz Merch

dude, i got mad respect for the starboyz, but they ripped me off so bad when i ordered some **** from them. it took me, literally, 2 and a half months to get my stuff and they never sent me one of the shirts, said it was b/o, and its been 8 months, now ! they wont respoind to any of my e-mails, i tried PMing scott, went on their forum, i asked them to send me a phone number. its rediculous. my homie order some stuff from them abou tthe time i did, they never sent him a e-mail comformation, and when he e-mailed them asking for the order number, they respinded with "i need your order number to pull up your account"....they charged his card the same day, and low and behold, 8months later, still no stuff. someone at least tell me we arent alone with getting ripped off from their merch site and not getting any e-mail responses??

Re: Starboyz Merch

The last shirt I ordered was a pain in the ***. You need to go to their website and post in the merchandise forum. You also need to PM Kevin, as he handles the merch now. He actually got back to me fairly quick and I got it, but I dont think I would have gotten it yet if I did not PM him. Shitty service for sure.

Re: Starboyz Merch

Starboyz messed up my order and it took forever to get one to reply to my multiple emails. and when i finally got to the bottom of it they ddnt tell me they were shipping it to me, it just showed up. I'm glad it all worked out, but it was a HUGE in the ***.

Re: Starboyz Merch

oops forgot to say that you should make a post on the website where you can get tracking numbers and state your problems, if that doesnt work try starboyz forum on here.

Re: Starboyz Merch

Some big changes have occured over the last six months with them. I dont want to run my mouth and throw anyone under the bus but someone is no longer with them that took care of 90% of their merchandising. Kevin now is in charge and is doing his best. I've never had a problem with any of my orders. If you have or had a problem contact Kevin he will tkae care of it.

Re: Starboyz Merch

Everyone of you need to post your story and info on their forum. They will fix each order. Just publicly post it in the "Anything Starboyz" forum.

They need to get that **** together. This doesn't sound too good.
