i wouldnt buy anything new cuz i dont like getting ripped off when i can buy one for 3 grand thats only slightly used and some schmuck didnt make his payments or it was previously stolen

I LOVE my 1000RR... bar none the best street machine out there.
don't expect to take it to the track and kick azz though. get a zuki or kawi for that.
the RR is quite a bit more forgiving than the other 3 main brands.
After 2 years on a DL-1000 (V-strom) (yes... I know, don't say it
) I went to the 1KRR. and as long as I keep my head on straight, it hasn't let me down yet.
It HAS gotten my attention every now and then when I start twisting a little more than I should... DAMN these things are QUICK!
