I see you have a 125 and an 85. Ok a 600 is kinda like a 125, liter bike=250.
Are you bored with your 125? I have been riding for a long time and my stock RM250 still tries to get out from under me sometimes.
Get a 600, you might live to actualy ride a 1000 without a speed limiter some day. The worst that will happen is you will get bored with it in a few months(i doubt it), then sell it and buy your R1.
