oh all my cosmetics help with speed too, i don't care about bein pretty either.
I have a Scott's Damper, a Power Bronze Double Bubble screen, CarbonFiber heel guards and C/F chain guard, and no mirrors
i'll be psycho on the stuntbike.

I went from a 99 F4 to a 04 Gix 6. I have to say that between those 2 my Gixxer is by far a quicker bike...to be expected. I still like my F4 because it was a tank. It is just a toss up, I think if I had it to do over again I would have found a used F4i and not bought a brand new Gixxer.

i have owned suzuki for most of my time riding and i just recently bought a 900rr as my first stunt bike...but have ridden a lot of hondas(929's...954's...1000rr's)
my opinion is that for everyday riding and occasional wheelies the gsxr is definetely the way to go.....for stunting i think no bike takes a beating like a honda bike....
oh by the way...nothing is going to replace my gsxr-1000.......i got a little something for u honda boys in rush hour!!!!!!!!!

I have a 929 now, but I'm buying a gsxr1000. Honda don't make bikes like they used to. The new CBRs are unimpressive at best. This is coming from a guy who has bought only Honda since 1984.

I still have my 99 F4 which I plan on rebuilding and making a beater out of it, So my new bike will be mostly for just riding and some wheelies but I do like to ride with the crew and where theres a long straight stretch theres gonna come a time that we are all on one. I just dont want to starve for oil and drop a bearing. I keep hearing about this on the gixxer and it scares me. I really want the gixxer 1000 but dont want to be repairing it all the time. I mean i put my f4 through hell and it would still be running strong if i hadnt looped it.

20+ gixxers since 1986 for me... never been bent about how the bikes held up or treated me.... i've riden amost every kind of honda/yamaha/kawi/suzuki sportbike made and i keep goin' back to the gixxers.... but i say ride a few diff. bikes and see what you like.... BTW i have a gixxer grand now and LOVE the brutal power that goes with it.... i'm not a stunter though, just a street freak and track dayer.... oh and for you traffic/rush hour fans, count me in for some of the fun....
