Any one know if the tranny and internals from a 96 will fit in an upper engine case from a 99 ? and will it mate with the lower case from a 96?

bye the way-i found a guy with a tranny and internals, but i dont know him. he's on the board. "rev.99rr" -if anybody knows that he's reputable-please post up. like ed has mentioned-I HAVE GOT SCREWED on a deal with a transmission before. And i will NOT get screwed again, and if i do-i'm comin to ya house to find ya!
