I recently bought a salvaged frame from A&J CYCLE SALVAGE in Pennsylvannia. 1st off it had a dent on it that they didnt tell me about! They told me the frame was in excellent shape, are dents excellent???? Because of the dent, I had to take it to a frame shop (an extra $150).
They assured me the frame could be titled in any state including Texas. Well I hate to break it to you, but Texas wouldnt title it. So I tried to talk to them and go the nice route. It didnt work! I kept calling them long distance and they kept putting me off for days on end and wouldn't return my calls. It got to the point where they were hung up on me a couple times, cuz I used the F word, appartently its rude to use the F word during Christmas Holiday.....so I guess I deserved it......NO! I think anyone out there would of lost their cool too. I asked them to buy the frame back at a lower price then what I purchased it at. They declined and had the ***** to try and sell me another frame!
So all in all, im not telling you what to do, just beware.

 

oz cycle salvage will hook it up...they are one of the largest motorcycle savlage shops in the US. the owner Brad took me on a tour through his shop. holy crap he has a lot of parts. gurantee they will have what you need, if not they can get it on their parts hotline.

call and ask for Brad, tel him i recommended you and he will hook it up!

got a couple of things from them.no problems.i saw it before i bought it also.i don't trust sending money over the internet.sorry you had bad luck.salvage yards are usually shaddy anyway.call the better business assoc. in penn.or call the cops and file a report.maybe they can help.

You bought a salvage bike. Tip #1 expect the worst. Tip #2 You should have checked with your dmv to make sure.

 

busa killer... your right... but at the same time they should act as a responible and respectable company and do whats right. its kinda hard when they're telling you hurry up this is the only one we have and these kinda deals r hard 2 come by.... I got took!
