I got charged with:

Fleeing and Eluding
Reckless driving
Reckless Endangerment
Careless driving
Driving vehicle on sidewalks

Of to court on the 31st so see what i can get off and see what they hit me with.

 

Ouch...I thought my reckless was bad...you are going to jail for life, if you get lucky.

I got boxed in. hence the driving on the sidewalk thing. It was a tough deal.

 

damn dude you need to ride in philly more and learn how to get away there is no excuse for getting caught you suck

If im not mistaken the first 3 of those are misdemeanors. So I'm gonna predict the last 2 will get dropped right off the bat. A bunch of community servix for the reckless driving and maybe a bunch more for the RE, and a license suspension for Fleeing. My guess is 90 days to 6 months depending on your record. And im gonna guess ~$500 in fees not including lawyer.

 

Ahhh ... THATS why you were on the sidewalk - I asked about that on SR ...

 

Maybe in NY fleeing is a misdemeanor.... but I'm pretty sure in PA it's a felony charge:shurggs...... GET A LAWYER!!!!!!

And Sharon is right. Fleeing and Eluding is a Felony in Pa. I would imagine they will drop most if i plead to the fleeing charge. then i gotta do ARD and probation and then i should be good. this **** sucks. Oh and scott. cops up here have nothing better to do than chase you all night long.
