that really sucks , fleeing in jersey is usually some sort of jail time , say it wasnt you you should deff ride in philly , the cops there cant even catch a geared out stunt bike on the highway (not mentioning any names)

 

You'll probably end up with probabtion, like JK...haha, funny, he's getting off of probation and you'll be getting on!! With the ARD, don't be suprised if you have to go to classes and then on top of it, meet with you probation officer monthly. And be prepared for a TON of fees...we had to pay court costs, the lawyer and then, on top of it, we have to pay $35.00 a month, just so he can be on probation! So freaking stupid! But, if it's keeping you out of jail, it's what you have to do. Good luck, Lar!

well went to my lawyer last night. he said 99.9% i won't get jail time. he is trying to get me off with nothing, but that driving on the sidewalk thing. It's costing me some cheddar, but it's better than loosing my license for 2 years like i very well could if i get slapped with all that ****.

Oh and fleeing and eluding is NOT a felony. It's an M2 misdemeanor so i would happy to hear that i'm not gonna be a felon either way.

 

maybe its the way it gets worded??( like felony evasion) thats one of the charges i got dropped, i would need a long time to list all my charges!!! i have 11 felonys alone, look it up its public knowlege!!hahahaha and then to the bs counts, like 56 i think?? i forget the total, all from 96..

i swear i was setup!!!!!!

Sorry I could'nt help ya out more, I still have my own charges to deal with. I goto court on the 31st too, hopefully to get mine dismissed, DUI on a fiddy is pretty lame!!?? If I had to bet, they will want you to plead guilty to one M2 and drop the rest.

and they had EVERYTHING on tape from the highchair loop on the highway to SS, rev limiter coasters mile long wheelies i mean everything and we all still got off with neglagent driving since in the video u couldnt see our tags or our faces
