new stuntbike

project rebuild was completed last night. im happy cause now my bike feels nice and tight, everything works perfect, bike felt GREAT!!!

a little tweaking tonight and she's ready to rip sat and for the show sunday, then next week its practice time for XDL, hopefully ill be out a bunch of days!!!

I need an impact gun so i can change my gearing, right now im riding it stock up front +10 rear... i'd like to put my -1 front on.

i would man, I want to but money is a bad subject....hell my job is a bad subject. it all depends on how the next 4 or 5 months go. i'm probably going to try to get someone's beat *** honda for a lot bike next year if I can

Chris, i hear ya, $$$ is tight for me right now too!!! hell yeah, get an F4i all set up for the lot, there are 50,000 of them in FLA!!!

leave the chain on and have heather stand on the rear brake while you use a breaker bar and socket to get the sprocket bolt/nut loose. that's what i did.

Good idea guy... HOWEVER... my -1 front sproket is on the motor i just took apart... NO CHAIN... i need the impact to get that one off.

can't you run a chain through then hold in in place with a rod or screwdriver


I know it's ghetto but it worked for me once.

oh and thanks larry but i want to try to get it done down here. im trying to ride as much as possible to get ready for XDL

John, you probably have 2 or so feet of chain laying around. if you don't care about it, my idea might work.

John I got a cordless impact, not sure if it has enough ***** , but it works pretty good on most of the things i use it on at work. If you dont get it done soon come down to the north philly spot with the motor in the back of your truck and we can shoot to my garage and take care of it. i'll be there in about n hour or give me a call
