I get to do an engine swap in a beater car this week. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR

 

damn, that's way worse than oil changes and starter work.

I found a spanking deal on a set of centerline wheels for the Dodge for 400 bones yesterday.

 

That's a good deal. And yeah the motor swap isn't exactly what i wanted to do this week.

 

yeah, I don't blame you. I'm hoping the wheels will be there when I have the extra dough. they have decent car tires on them now, but I'll be happy to get them for "the pig"

Nah it's my dads car. He bought this car for $50.00 and put a few into it. The motor doesn't run great and we have a spare in the garage so we are gonna swap it out. He always helps me so i have to help him.

Oh no. this is gonna be his daily driver. His diesel sucks the fuel up and he is driving 2 hours one way right now.

An old K car. He loves those things. I bought a K car wagon for $50.00 a few years back and never drove it so i sold it to him and he has been driving it ever since. And that is a long commute. He doesn't always drive that far. Depends on where the job is.
