I went to a prep HS and it is A LOT different than being in public school. The education is better but the lack of social expirience can have a negative effect......luckily I turned out OK!! LOL

 

Private school is a few steps from public school as far as the social skills part, but I agree about the quality of the learning that the kids are getting.

i think you miss out on a lot if you go to a small school also.... my graduating class was something like 80-90, and I feel like I didn't enjoy high school as much as some.

 

That's true but I was REALLY shy in HS so I'm just making up for lost time......college was were I really blossomed into the beautiful butterfly you know today!!

The school I went to wasn't small though, there were about 2500 kids total from 52 different countries, and I've probably seen 5 of them since HS. That's the thing you have no connection with these people because they are not local, and most of them were spoiled rich kids who looked down on local kids like us........I wanted to beat the crap outta them, but that would result in my Dad working his *** off for nothing.....maybe that's why I had suck anger issues back then......I should try to find them now
