I recieved this in an E-mail the other day and figured since you guys break the law alot it might help....

What to do if you get a traffic ticket??

Remember, this advise was sent to me by my dad the retired State Farm Agent!
The system has been tried and it works in every state. If you get a speeding ticket or went threw a red light or whatever the case may be, and your going to get points on your license, this is the method to ensure that you DO NOT get the points. When you get your fine, send in a check to pay for it. If the fine is 79$ make the check out for 82$ or a small amount over the fine. The system with then have to send you back a check for the difference, however here is the trick. DO NOT CASH THE REFUND CHECK!! Throw it in the trash. Points are not assessed to your license untill all financial transactions are completed. And if you do NOT cash the check, then the transactions are not complete. The system has received it's money and will no longer bother you..
Remember, this may not work if your running from the cops or riding a Wheelie next to the police vehicle...Good Luck

thats an oldie but it works. i did it once a few years back. too many tickets though....not sure what tickets made me loose my license for 3 years........lol

When you get a ticket schedule the informal hearing. In most cases your allowed 2 adjournments. Call the court in the time allowed and cancel the first and second hearing trying to put the hearings as far out as possible, show up for the 3rd a lot of times the cop never shows. Worked for me like 1 out of 3 times. If the cop shows make sure you show up early talk to him before the hearing tell him your concern for the points.

 

here's a way around it. don't stop and you won't get a ticket.
