does it really open up the door for than many more tricks? I know plenty of guys up here that are scraping highchairs and spreaders with just gearing. and scraping and riding out of seatstanders all day long just using engine brake. I just still trying to see the advantage I guess. I'm sure it makes things easier and I've read a lot about it but I guess I just haven't seen enough guys ride with them to make up my mind on them. But on another note If Joe ( who hated the thought of handbrakes, and cringed everytime someone mentioned the word ) now has one there must be some reason for it. All of us left up here in cold country are still scratching our heads wondering what the deal is??? Guess we'll have to see at stunt wars in Feb.

It seems as though it has become a tool that you need to stay competitive. It just makes your bag of tricks that much bigger.

Emrock, are you planning on riding at Lakeland this week? I am thinking of heading out there tomorrow.

Lots and lots of circle variations, and basically anything that involves needing a rear brake. Stay tuned, you will be edumacated real soon!

Oh, and not working is working out better than I thought it was gonna work!

I love the enging brake, I think it teaches you a lot. It's nice having a break, but at the same time I can't wait to get back on my bike.
