everytime i try to check my confirmed and unconfirmed pm's i get this:

just checked your account settings. Everything looks to be in order.

You are registered and a member of the chick pics usergroup. Both of those have access to pms

 

my pms work fine its just when i try to click on the confirmed to see if they have been recieved that pops up EVERYTIME so what do i do?

 

Ohh you're checking for PM confirmation.... that's only allowed for mods and admin which is why you're getting that message.

 

well thats dumb..

why cant you see if your message is read or not? what would be the reasoning for normal users not to be able to see?

 

dunno, that's the way it was set either before I started working with the site or just a default during the upgrade process.
