My bro (OCD50) is a noobie on here. When he posts a reply the emoticon list to the right of the reply box is not there. I have tried logging him in on two different machines with the same result. I looked through his settings but can't find anything that would turn those on and off.

Never mind, I found it. It is amazing what your mind can do sober.

Edit options, misc, set to standard editor. Turns them on.
