I got some shots I want to mix with a real good shot of my arm all stapled up after surgury

There is some easier ones out there.. just search for Animated GIF creator on www.google.com and should find a few user friendly ones.

or post up the pics and have someone make ya one.

"right click" the pic and "save image as" pick a place to put it desktop, c drive etc..

then just update your avatar and point to the place you saved it.
