My First Crusafix Stunt

Well, today went to the drag strip to practice/video stunts. My clutch started slipping quite bad so i was forced to 'non clutch' stunts.

So I thought i'd learn the crusafix (sorry about the spelling). It took about 8 goes and i got it.

My mate done the same as me but came off really bad.

Here's some pics.

Re: My First Crusafix Stunt

Yeah, we have a drag strip to practice on. Yesterday we had 9 bikes all doin stuff (even my girl was ridden her Gixxer 600 :YEAH ).....fuggin awesome. We have booked the strip every second weekend. It's great to be able to to do this **** leagally without cops, cars, kids etc to worry about.

My mate that fell off doing a crusafix smashed his Gixxer thou up (just lots of cosmetic damage Big$$$).

Another guy flipped his 03 r1 at about 80km/hr - got the whole thing on video :YEAH :YEAH . It looks un-fuggin-real. Best thing was his bike was hardly damaged....WTF...About $1000 damage....luckest guy in the world.

This **** is gunna be in my vid for sure.

You and your riding group can come up for sure....your welcome anytime

Hey storm

For starters..your a legend. 1) You got a firestorm 2) You know how to RIDE the VTR 3)You ride with a bunch of top blokes.

It takes about 3 minutes to rip off the front/side fairing (6 bolts i think)
Your not to far off do'n 12's from that pic. You scraped it yet.

I've been stunting mine for a while now and the paint is getting fuked, clutch is slipping like hell, brake pads wear bloody quickly and she needs ALOT more attention.

Got anymore pics storm. Love to see them

Grant

Re: My First Crusafix Stunt

What's this the VTR owner's meeting? Here's one of my dad trying to wheelie his VTR. Funny old bloke, decides he wants to learn how to wheelie when he's in his mid fifties, even printed out the "how to wheelie" section off Gary Rothwell's site and had it next to his bed!
