Off Topic... Engine Conversion!

Ok, I recently purchased an 86 model Hiace (its the new Blackmarket Films mobile) and I am looking at replacing the current motor with my old motor out of the VN wagon (which is a V6 VR motor).

My questions is, I have been told this is a pretty straight forward conversion but does anyone have any info, tips or links that could help me out??

I am putting the VN 5 speed manual in there too with it and the Hiace is a column shift (OLD SKOOL)!!

Any help would be much appreciated!!!
