Hey Stooge

Honda regs are *****, very common problem.I purchased one for my blade four years ago from City Auto Elec, 15 Irene st Coburg, Vic. Its twice as big with cooling fins all over it . I think it was $180. The same regulator rectifiers are used on all the cbr 600 and 900's at least till 99 and probably later. That being the case most wreckers will have them and for less $$.

Talk to Brian @ Motorworks Stooge as he got mine for the blade and it wasn't that expensive either.

Cheers B

Re: Main fuse keeps blowing!

OK, ive changed the Reg/rectifier, works a treat now. I also discovered the blowing fuse issue, the ignition loom had the red wire striped off and touching the frame when turning right. So fixed that too, hopefully thats the end of it. I hate elctrical problems! Thanks guys for you input
