Leg is free finally, hurts like fark to put weight on, but easy does it

 

Must be a relief to get it off, now comes the fun part. Therapy. How long you looking before you will be on a bike stunting again???

1) Skitchin
2) stand up wheelies
3) high chairs
4) Christ air

That should build up the strength back into your leg

As far as I know I was born with two of them. How do I know which one of them is older?

Good good. Been at physio every day this week and probably will be for the next 2 weeks. Slowly but surely. I count myself lucky I didn't have to get and pins or rods in it though

 

Well all i can say is i hope your recovery is going better than mine Boxer. I didn't have to have plaster but i think that a torn ligament is just as bad And to think i was just getting the rolling stoppies on the MTB going pretty well
