Re: Which Bike!!
yea but dont most freestylers use cr125s and arent they 2 stroke ive had a two stroke b4 but it was a quad i rode that thing to the ground and never had to replace the top end
Re: Which Bike!!
the 150 is slower and heavier, but better for putting around or woods cause it's a 4 stroke. the 150 doesn't even come close in the suspension department though.
the 85 is a race bike, ment to go fast, if you putt around on it, you'll foul plugs and gum up the motor.
true, on the 85 you'll have to replace the piston and rings after some use, but non-racing you won't have to replace it that much. a motor lasts as long as it's life cycle.....when the life cycle is up on 2 strokes it costs like 100-150 to replace, on the 4 stroke, you are talking like 1000$ to replace when the motor wears out and throws a rod or bearing.
if this is your first bike, that 85 will beat you to death til you get used to riding....it's made for a track, not the woods. so it all depends on what you are going to do with it.
also, you have to mix gas for the 85, again something better for that crf150 if you are just playing around the house.
