O yea, a CRF250 will have a about 10 more horse than your quad. So maybe you might look into that too.

Re: better bike?

Those 4 stokes arent anything in the area of those 2 strokes.

Re: better bike?

i bought a 2003 ttr-225 and so far it has been bulletproof ive taken it through many trails and had water half way up the bike and it took it like a champ. it was gettin pissy but give it a few seconds and it was right back at full strength. but if ur lookin for somthing to jump hills and **** on this aint it. suspension is NOT for that at all you wont be happy if u try and do it lol. trust me

TTR225s are heavy, 260lbs of heavy. How fast is your ttr?

Re: better bike?

its actually suprisingly quicker than i thought it would be. has a 6-speed tranny and push button start which is always nice and easy. but i couldnt really go with much smaller since im 6'3 240 itll still pop up with ease with me on it aswell
