I was looking at bikes and was woundering what do you recomend for a good FMX bike? I will also probably do just a little mud riding...lol. Iv ridding many dirt bikes(a 50, my current bike is a Honda XR80R, Also a XT550, and a few others..).


PS: Im 15, about 5' 6" and 120lb. I would also prefer a 4cycel.

 

dude best bike is a 250 2 stroke. Any of them with aluminum frames. U said u prefer 4 stroke, I ride an 06 crf250r n love it on the ramps. Its all in what u wanna do.

someone said 4 stroke isnt good for fmx 2 storke is better.i ride a 4 stroke quad and i rode a rm250 and the diff between the 2 is that 4 strokes slow down off the throttle and 2 strokes roll i dont know much about dirtbikes but i wanna get into fmx and i was thinkin of muyin me a crf250 or 450r or a rmz 250 what do you think??

 

I'd say to start get a 2 stroke, they are cheaper in every way so it won't kill your wallet. If you don't like it for some reason you can sell it. Not to be a dick but I think this is the 3rd thread you've posted that asks the same question. Leavell199 Who do you ride with that has ramps. It's not Kenny Yoho is it?
