yeah but you could dial the front end in!! barspins, tailwhips, it would bring it up to a whole new level. if it can be done on a bmx bike, why not a fmx bike right?

no, the weight difference is considerable, i dont think youll ever see a front flip off a traditional fmx jump.

Yea ....I think i remember Pastrana saying it was like a $200,000 bike ....The one with a Gyro.... The problem is the throttle.....The brakes and clutch could work off of the same principles and setup as the bicycles....
Freestyle Gopedders have done it .....and they just use a long throttle cable and let it twist up once or twice....then you have to go back the other direction. The pedders just used bicycle stuff on their Peds

Re: gryro on a mx bike!!

kinda a stupid idea but what if you throttle, front brake and clutch cable was routed into the headtube and there was a thick bearing at the bottom of the triple trees with a slot to let the cables threw that would cause the cables not to kink on anything because as the bars turn the bottom were the cables come out would be free spining.. i doubt it will work thinking about it now but maybe

Or they could build something with bluetooth, with eletronic controlling the hydraulic liquid on the front brake, rear brake and the clutch. It will be like wireless FMX or 600/ a liter stuntbike, that would be nice!!! :YEAH

Yeah, but his buddy calls the barspin "gay", Pastrana says "well, you do it" and the guy proceeds to crash a good 10-11 times trying to flip, let alone barspin flipping, so it's a good bit tougher then it blowing apart after the first time as Pastrana did @ X or was it Gravity?
