Re: 2 or 4 sroke

ill agree that four stroke quads are better because quads are already heavy as is . but as far as bikes the four strokes are still getting shown how its done by us 2 strokers examples / ricky carmicheal -any freestyle rider-
bubba and wihndam are the only four strokers in the top five and they are always 3rd fourth or fifth chad reed and carmicheal are killing them on their two stroke monsters / my opinion-four strokes should stay on pavement end of story

I take it you have never really ridden a 2 stroke. Because if you had you wouldnt say they were useless.

Re: 2 or 4 sroke

You kiddin me? Two strokes without a doubt. Not only sound but power. A lot less can go wrong with a 2-stroke than a 4-stroke and your better off because they are easier to maintain. But wit all the new 4-strokes comin out they are probably better, not better sounding, but better quality. Depends on what your lookin for, a show bike (all show no go), or a nice kick *** ridin bike that can take anything you throw at it.

Yea those 2-stroke dirtbikes can take a beating-and-a-half. Good **** man. I'm rebuilding a 1883 RM 125 right now and it is clean inside. Got it for free from some guy down the road because it was seized up. Haha i fixed it already and i just need a cylinder head, carb, and a clutch handle. Got the frame in great shape, everything from the forks and shocks to the chain and tires are perfect. Looks like i'll have a new bike pretty soon.

Re: 2 or 4 sroke

I had a 1996 CR 250R up until this summer. It had tons of motor work including a FMF Fatty pipe and FMF turbine core II silencer. I just UPGRADED to a YZ 426F. It's got head work and a High Compression piston as well as a Pro Circuit T4 system and runs on 103 Race Gas. Let me tell you, the thumper makes little kids cry, I have actually seen it at the track when i've ridden past them and blipped the throttle. No oil burner will do that.

it seems that whenever i fly past you slow *** thumpers you start to cry crocodile tears know i understand why those four strokes are so heavy
after they race with me they have to put tissue boxes on their bikes

Re: 2 or 4 sroke

foxgirl why are you posting up in this thread nobody is talking about 4 stroke 4 wheelers except you there hasnt been a large 2 stroke quad produced since the early nineties the raptor and the yfz are the best quads there are
so theres no reason to dispute which is better there is no 2 stroke contender

I know i'm dieing over here, considering i could kill you on your little ktm. You have a 125cc dirtbike and your mouthing off to me? Wow look at the bikes i have, an 03' gsxr 7.5, a 92' KX 500 (well on june 3rd), and a polaris 250r. The funny thing is that i have more bikes and they are all better then yours. Now dosen't that tell you something right there? Quit while your ahead sparky.
