I took it out of storage, cleaned it up and am putting it up for sale. The bike is a 1998 Honda CBR600 F3. It has 11,173 miles and is completely stock. The only flaw is cosmetic. The guy I bought it from, layed it down, and the bike was missing all plastics. I took off the broken clip-on bars and replaced them with dirtbike bars. Rather than spending over a grand to "restore" the bike back to original condition, I built it into a functional commuter. The tank has one shallow dent in it. The tail is different colored plastic sprayed with a rattle can. The gauges are all original and I left them on, despite missing the upper fairing, so that the mileage would be correct. I'm sure it would look nicer without the bulky gauges cluster if someone wanted a cleaner look. Here's the best part.... CLEAN TITLE! The bike was never reported as wrecked with the DMV and when I registered it last summer, it was registered with a clean and clear title. Everything on the bike works. All lights, horn, guages, brakes, starter, cables are all good and in working order. All you have to do is register in your name, inspect and insure.... and you're on the road enjoying this fun bike!
