My frankenstein quad will be alive soon!

For those of you that dont know what it is, its my 250R/350x hybrid....

I found a frame and its in the process of being fixed up and then will be powdercoated...(either white or gloss black)
so far i've pickedup for the quad:
+1 gibson steering stem w/ 1 1/8 bar mounts(silver vein)
Pro Taper Fat bars(black)
White Maier plastic (F/R and tank cover)
N-style alltrac2 graphics and seat cover (blue/white/silver/black)
+2 Houser A-arms (chrome uppers/black lowers)
Houser 88 style swingarm(black)
TC racing exhaust

i cant wait to put this thing back together! once this is back together...anyone that comes up and needs a quad to ride will be able to beat on the 400ex

You have a nice pile of parts waiting there guy. Although white frame is GANGSTA - I would suggest you go with a different frame color. My 929 frame got Sooooooo dirty so fast - it sucked. Then it takes an hour to clean it and 5 mins to get it dirty again. Gloss black is where it's at IMO - Especially with chrome A-arms. Hells yeah.

I'm tryin to get up there for 4th of July weekend - I might take you up on that 400ex for a day or just bring the dirt bike. Either way I'll want to ride. :YEAH

Re: My frankenstein quad will be alive soon!

You guys have a pitbike track yet or what? With like jumps and chit???

I hauled 6 or 700 lbs of dirt into our back yard yesterday for a landing and to build-up the berms. Should be sweet in another weekend or 2.

Re: My frankenstein quad will be alive soon!

White is pimp but sux to clean. Red is beat - doesn't match. Blue would be sweet with those graphics. Gloss black always looks good.

You should get blue - coated steel braided brake lines I usually have Galfer or HEL make mine.
