Re: Finally

That's too much bike for you. I would consider lending it to me while you find something a little easier for you to ride.... like a Katana or something. I just don't want to see you get hurt buddy! LOL

Re: Finally

I'm psyched....it was a really good deal. I'm not sure if I'm going to leave it plain like that, or put a couple factory looking decals back on it...what do you think?

J-rod....If I can sell this sled I have I am going to run out and buy a stuntbike asap....something cheap though....hopefully can find one of those $1800 deals or something.

Hazen.....

Thanks....I see you have an '06...NICE.

I had an '02 750 for three seasons, and really liked the bike, but have always wanted the 1000. I can't wait until I can try it out...the guy I got it from said there is a REALLY big difference....since I haven't ever ridden one, I wouldn't know.

Problem is we still have 3ft of snow....*****.

Re: Finally

Phear - factory stickers are gay. Race replicas are where it's at. Talk to Wilbur he can hook it up.

At least now you have a NASTY street killer.

Let me know what you want for a stuntbike. I'd say go F4i... even though I'm going 636.

My problem too.... is snow..........but I would def buy a JT steel front sprocket and go one down.....for 13.50 its perfect for street and gives it the gearing so it won't lug in the higher gears......I did it on my 01 and it was PIMP and def worth every penny...

Re: Finally

I had the money for a clean title 04 600RR and the dude flaked on me. I even got extra plastic for it!
Found a reeeeally good deal on a CLEAN title 636, real low miles... couldn't pass it up. I won't have the bike for 2 weeks though it's coming from Chicago.
Looking a street killer too....

I bet this bike was not far from you...It was about 45 minutes South'ish of Boston in a town called Carver. I picked it up last night.

My 750 was -1 +1 and I really like it...though, I never tried stock gearing on it so maybe I don't really know what I'm talking about....haha.

Re: Finally

I'd go like 4 up or something - or if u don't wanna replace a chain just -1+1 would work too.

Re: Finally

yea man i cant wait to test that guy out..

I rode a 1000rr and was blown away. I'm assuming a Gixxer 1K will be the same. I've wanted one of those for a little while back in the day.

Jay from S.O.I used to rock one and was soooo badass. I think I still have some pimp bike vids with him rockin slow stuff on a gixxer 1k. i'll have to show it too you.

I love watching videos with people rockin on your exact bike. Makes you feel like you can do it. haha.. gives us better hope..

What's the rule.... -1 up front = +3 in the back? That's what I used to go by for dirtbikes and quads. Same for rockets?
