Re: xr video...

Pretty cool. The xr looks kinda squirly in long sit down wheelies. Maybe it's just camera movement.

It's an 83' XR500R... with drum brake in the rear

At the time, I lived in Breckenridge, Colorado. That's the Breck Ski Resort in the background. The video was shot around 10,000ft of elevation.

Ok now it looks familiar. I lived in Colorado for about a month in 2001, when I was big into mountain biking. I hit up all those places Breck, Keystone, Vail.....Keystone was my favorite though... Did they have dirtbike trails in Breckenridge?

Dude... Breck has the sickest trails I've ever ridden!! That place is my idea of a perfect time! The actual ski resort trails are only open to mtn bikers in the summer, but the mtn range opposite the ski resort (where the xr vid was shot) are all open to ORV's. I just talked to my buddy last night and he said that Breck already has 30inches of snow and it's only mid Oct.!!!! I'm a little pissed I no longer live there, but am doing my best to figure out a way to get back soon. NY vs. CO... no contest!!!

I was a commercial producer with the only television station in Summit County. But the place got sold and the network that owns it is going under... so I abandoned ship before it sank. Kinda wish I held on longer, cause I'm sure they're gonna have an epic snow year now that I don't live there!
